SHISHA health facts

A comparison of nicotine (the addictive component of tobacco) concentrations in body fluids reveals that a typical 45-minute shisha session exposes its user to the equivalent of 15 regular cigarettes worth of nicotine. makes it like 30 ciggerates in 90 minutes. and another interesting facts is the tobbacco use in a shisha, shisha tobacco to be 100-fold more concentrated in tar, 4-fold more concentrated in nicotine, and several-fold more concentrated in toxic heavy metals like nickel, arsenic, and cobalt. wowwwwww!cool huh?

because smoking a shisha may take up to 80 minutes, the report suggests that the smoker is subjecting himself to as much smoke as somebody dragging on 100 cigarettes.

And the water does not strip out all toxic substances. Some of the nicotine is absorbed, but this leads to people smoking for longer in order to experience the effects of the drug, and therefore inhaling more smoke containing carbon monoxide, heavy metals and other toxic compounds, which leads to heart and respiratory problems.

SO, peeps SHISHA is not ''WATER VAPOUR WITH FRUIT SMELLS''(naive)... take my advices into consideration..FOR YOU ,FOR ME AND THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE..
